The craziness of Easter where the kids get presents and candy and one of the most aggressive egg hunts out there. The weather was beautiful and the kids were ready to go. As I look back on the years prior pictures it shocks me on how big the kids are and that Connor now hunts his own eggs. Ohh these eggs not only have candy but they have money too...I want to be a kid again :-)
When it comes to life the quote above pretty much sums up my existance. I love the little things in life! The things my children do that make me smile or remind me of myself or Tony. The way someone can brighten your whole day and not even know it...life should be moments, glances, and memories. I have created this blog to capture as many as I can.

Easter eggs everywhere...what is your color?
The second egg hunt of the day at Uncle Brian and Aunt Liz's. The kids have their own color and they each have 25 eggs to find and that Easter Bunny can get pretty tricky with a couple of them...he also sometimes forgets where a couple of them are :-) So the kids are usually running around like crazy looking for their colors and for the most part help each other out a lot when they find each others. These kind of eggs have candy and quarters...so they are very valuable. The highlight toy were these rocket launchers that Aunt Liz got Bryce and Cam.

A new way to hop around
Easter at our house has always been special, because Cait was born on Good Friday and we got to bring her home the day before Easter and I can remember holding her in my arms as we took Cam outside for an Easter Egg Hunt. Basically, I forced my Dr. to do whatever she had to by any means necessary to get my labor started so I could be home for Cam. See Cam was 3 and the first time Easter and Eggs seem to register in his head that this was a Holiday he would enjoy. Here we are 7 years later and Cam is POGOing his way through the driveway on his newest toy and Cait is running lightning speed through the backyard looking for her color eggs. What a difference a few years make but all seems like yesterday to me.
