40 is the new 30 :-)

 So we had some big plans for Tony's 40th and most of it was surrounded by yummy food, family and friends.  Cait and I shopped for all of his favorite things and we had a junk food dinner.  Which meant for crazy sugar hangovers next day.  I will say there is nothing like making your own caramel apples with Honey Crisp.  Way too expensive for an orchard to dip those and sell them but in our house Honey Crisp season rules.  We finished Birthday week off with a surprise party at Big George's which was supposed to be on their cool Roof Top but the weather had other plans and we ended up taking the party inside to the showroom.  Kristen and Tony were completely surprised I mean why would Terry and Jenny drag us to an appliance store on a Friday evening for no other reason to get an ice maker line :-)  We had 50 people and some great food from Moe's, along with some tunes from our good friend DJ DC and DJ Tank spun a few as well.  We ended the evening with our favorite ending place BelMark for some Karaoke!
