Apple Yummy Goodness

 Year after Year, I never tire of this place.  But this year boy did they throw a curve my way.  All of the apple trees near the winery were taken down and new saplings were planted, the candy store had closed early and the bakery was closed.  NO PECAN PIE....insert the biggest frown you have ever seen here.  Thankfully the winery was opened and we lightened the store by 12 bottles.  Apple Pomegrante is my favorite and definitely filled 6 of our 12 bottle list.  Also was able to take some fun pics of the kids, including a lone little apple.

Laptop and Tubing his way through life

 Minecraft took over our life this year.  It is some crazy game that you build things in block by block but your friends can come by and ruin it.  Also your friends can come by and leave viruses that shut down your parents computers for days...thanks to Neil and Terry at work getting them all cleaned up but Cam was put on lock down!  Which in turn gets the gears going so when Grandma and Aunt Liz ask him what he wants for his birthday...a laptop would be nice :-)  So guess who got a laptop for his birthday and we haven't seen him since...hahaha

How sweet 11 is...

 A day of cakes, 12 glazed donuts, kneeboarding, tons of family and the biggest ice cream ever.  We started the day out with some fun on the lake and a special package from Aunt Jeanne filled with Cam's favorite glazed doughnuts from Meckley's Flavor Fruit Farm.  To spend time with Grandpa Sam was so much fun and he loved the white cake.  To end the night we went to The Parlour and attempted The Baby Dare to be Great.  Half Mint Chip and Half Strawberry...Tony pretty much knocked out his part but Cam's eyes were filled with mint chip and it looked like he couldn't fit another bite...nor did I want a sick Cam on the way home :-)
